Create your own Quick Response Code for your iPhone with NeoReader

A QR Code is a matrix code (or two-dimensional bar code) created by Japanese corporation Denso-Wave in 1994. The "QR" is derived from "Quick Response", as the creator intended the code to allow its contents to be decoded at high speed. QR Codes are common in Japan, where they are currently the most popular type of two dimensional codes.
With QR Codes the hardlink between the offline, physcial world and online, virtual world is established, so emily chang about mobile tagging...

Free TeamViewer alternative for remote support - Ammyy Admin

Ammyy Admin is a very slick application. Both the host and remote user download the same file - a tiny (128kb), portable executable. Launch it, and Ammyy displays one tab for the client and a second for the host (operator). Just like TeamViewer, your host connects to an echo server and receives an ID. Enter it into your client id window and click connect. Like TeamViewer, all communications are fully encrypted.

8 Steps to Add iGoogle Gadgets to your Gmail Account

1. Check your Gmail settings and select your Google Mail display language 'English (US)' for getting all labs feature from gmail.
2. Then go to 'Settings' again and click on the button 'Labs'.
3. Enable the feature: 'Add any gadget by URL' (bottom of the feature list)
4. Go to iGoogle directory and select your preferred iGoogle gadget.
5. If you have found your lovely gadget, then click on the title of the gadget to get the button 'Share this gadget'!
6. Here you receive an URL, which points to the gadget xml file.
7. After you enabled the feature 'Add any gadget by URL' , go again to your Gmail Settings and you will find a new button next to 'Labs' called 'Gadgets'.
8. There you can insert the clipped url from your iGoogle App.
example url:
http://www.google.com/ig/adde?moduleurl=http://www.google.com/ig/modules/mapsearch.xml&source=imag
This url is from Google Map Search and when i try to add this gadget by its URL, i get the error:
Invalid gadget specification. Ensure URL is correct and the gadget does not contain errors.
for me it works by cutting the long google url to point direct to the igoogle module eg. http://www.google.com/ig/modules/mapsearch.xml
[http://www.google.com/ig/adde?moduleurl=]http://www.google.com/ig/modules/mapsearch.xml[&source=imag]
installation steps are better illustrated at How to Add Gadgets to your Gmail Account or here en espanol :)
have fun.
